A little non-profit with a big heart for animals!

SOAR is a 501(c)3 non-profit on a mission to reduce the number of homeless and unwanted pets in Southern Oklahoma. They do it by making spay and neuter affordable, rescuing and rehabilitating homeless pets, and stepping in when families need a little extra help to keep their pets healthy and fed.

In short: fewer homeless pets, more happy tails.

A Special Partnership- Partners with the Pen Pal Program which has saved over 1,000 rescue dogs.

The SOAR Impact - By The Numbers

From January to June 2025:

• 80 dogs and cats spayed and neutered

• $10,000 in vet bills covered for families who needed help

• $1,200 in free dog and cat food given out,

• Plus gas, time, and all the extras that keep pets with their people
