Marshall County Trades Day
Flea Market & Event Venue
We started in May 2025 and we've been flourishing ever since — thanks to you!
We took a property meant for commercial use and gave it a much better purpose: a home for local vendors and neighbors to come together.
Whether you're shopping for handmade crafts, fresh plants, one-of-a-kind jewelry, vintage treasures, homemade baked goods, or even a new chicken for the farm, you'll find it here!
We’re Open!

About Us: Layers of History
The Land Beneath Our Feet
Long before any buildings, this land was part of something much bigger!
In the 1830s, the Chickasaw people were forcibly relocated to this territory during the Indian Removal era, and by 1837 they were resettled here.
In 1842 the U.S. Army established Fort Washita nearby to protect the new arrivals.
Before Oklahoma became a state, all the land in this area belonged to the Chickasaw Nation. New settlers had to lease land or become adopted citizens to live here.
It's deep, complex, and important history — and we are honored to be a small part of its next chapter!

Then Came The Builders
Our rooster mascot, Cluck Norris, has a little history behind him!
Back in 1989, this property belonged to Judy Hamilton, who owned and operated the Texoma Gamefowl Club. She built a full 712-seat auditorium with a pit in the center to showcase roosters bred for fighting. At the time it was still legal in Oklahoma, and events here drew big crowds from across the state and beyond.
The first building went up in 1994 — a 9,000 sq ft building with a showroom, offices, and restrooms — plus about 60 storage buildings around it. It was built to work hard. Now, we just put that hard-working space to a more fun use.
In November 2002, Oklahoma voters passed State Legislation 687, making cockfighting a felony and closing that chapter for good.
And Now? It's Our Turn!
What was once an arena, then a commercial lot, is now Marshall County Trades Day!
