If you or your kiddos want to use the bounce houses, remember to fill out the bounce house waiver first (in person OR at the bottom of this page)!
Bounce House Rules & Waiver
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the inflatable.
Please ensure the following SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS are followed:
No food, drink, or chewing gum on or around the inflatable.
Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed prior to entering the inflatable.
No climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls.
No somersaults, reckless jumping, pushing or pulling of other children.
No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable.
No bouncing on the front safety step.
A responsible adult MUST supervise at all times.
IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL BOUNCE HOUSE PARTICIPANTS ADHERE TO THE ABOVE RULES.
I have read and understand the rules provided, and I am aware that by signing this agreement form Marshall County Trades Day will not be held responsible for if/any injuries occur.
