Vendor Rules

  • All booths must be paid for the morning of event

  • ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL PERMITTED ON PREMISES

  • ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS PERMITTED ON PREMISES (DOES NOT INCLUDE VENDOR SALES)

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone

  • All pets must be leashed or caged
    Please pick up after them
    Bags are located on trash barrels

  • This property is known to have native wildlife including but not limited to snakes, spiders, and insects

  • We are not responsible for vehicle or personal property lost or stolen or for injuries to persons, cars, or properties

Bounce House Waiver

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure the following SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS are followed:

  1. No food, drink, or chewing gum on or around the inflatable.

  2. Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed prior to entering the inflatable.

  3. No climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls.

  4. No somersaults, reckless jumping, pushing or pulling of other children.

  5. No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable.

  6. No bouncing on the front safety step.

  7. A responsible adult MUST supervise at all times.

IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL BOUNCE HOUSE PARTICIPANTS ADHERE TO THE ABOVE RULES.

I have read and understood the rules provided, and I am aware that by signing this agreement form Marshall County Trades Day will not be held responsible for if/any injuries occur.
